Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreateSolana (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CreateSolana is a non-custodial, browser-based platform that provides utility tools for the Solana blockchain, including (but not limited to) wrapping SOL, recovering rent from empty token accounts, creating SPL/Token-2022 tokens, launching tokens on pump.fun, bulk sending tokens, generating vanity addresses, exporting token holder snapshots, and auditing token safety.

All transactions are signed locally in your browser using your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Coinbase). CreateSolana never receives, stores, or transmits your private keys.

3. No Financial Advice

CreateSolana is a software utility. Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decision to use the tools and for the outcomes of any transaction you sign.

4. Non-Custodial & No Liability for Keys

CreateSolana is non-custodial. We do not hold, custody, or control your funds, private keys, or seed phrases. Any loss of funds resulting from mishandling of your wallet credentials is your sole responsibility.

5. Fees

Some tools charge a service fee in SOL, paid on-chain as part of the transaction you sign. All fees are displayed transparently before you sign. Network fees (gas) are paid to Solana validators and are not controlled by CreateSolana.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Solana network congestion, RPC outages, third-party service failures (Helius, Chainstack, Arweave, Irys, pump.fun), or software bugs may cause transactions to fail or be delayed. CreateSolana is not liable for any resulting loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateSolana and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or funds, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service to facilitate fraud, phishing, or money laundering.
• Scrape or overload the Service's endpoints.

9. Third-Party Services

CreateSolana integrates with third-party services including Solana RPC providers (Helius, Chainstack, public Solana endpoints), Arweave/Irys for permanent storage, and pump.fun for token launches. These services have their own terms and may fail independently. CreateSolana is not responsible for their availability or behavior.

9.1 SEAL Whitehat Safe Harbor

CreateSolana has adopted the SEAL Whitehat Safe Harbor framework. Whitehats acting in good faith to prevent or mitigate exploits against CreateSolana users are granted safe harbor as described in our published scope. See /legal/safe-harbor for full details.

10. Trademarks

Solana, Phantom, Solflare, Coinbase, pump.fun, Helius, Chainstack, Arweave, Irys and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. CreateSolana is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. See our Trademark Notice for details.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
