1. Overview

CreateSolana is a non-custodial, browser-based platform. We are committed to a no-save, no-sell approach to user data. This policy explains in plain language what we do and do not collect.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or any personal identifiable information (PII).
  • We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
  • We do not use third-party analytics, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking scripts.
  • We do not sell, share, or monetize any user data.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or ad networks.

3. Local Storage

The Service uses your browser's localStorage only for the following functional purposes:

  • createsolana_devnet — remembers your preference to use Solana Devnet for testing.
  • createsolana_activity — optional local activity log of transactions you initiate (never sent to our servers).

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser storage or using private/incognito mode.

4. On-Chain Data

When you sign a transaction, it is broadcast to the Solana network. Transaction data (signatures, accounts, amounts) is public on the Solana blockchain and visible in explorers like Solscan. This data is controlled by the Solana network, not by CreateSolana.

5. Third-Party RPC & Storage

To read on-chain data and broadcast transactions, your browser connects directly to Solana RPC providers (Helius, Chainstack, public Solana endpoints) and to Arweave/Irys for permanent metadata storage. These providers may log your IP address and request metadata according to their own privacy policies. CreateSolana does not proxy these requests through our servers.

6. Openistic Pledge

CreateSolana has adopted the Openistic Pledge: no-save, no-sell, tracker-free, local-first. See our machine-readable pledge descriptor.

7. GDPR & Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, traditional GDPR data subject access requests (DSARs) are not applicable. If you believe we hold any data about you, contact privacy@createsolana.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
